Once you place an order in our store, you will be receiving a confirmation email with the details of your order right away.
Shipments in the US and US territories can be expected to arrive between 7-10 business days after tracking information gets generated.
Orders will be fulfilled between Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pmOnce EST.

We really hope that you don’t run into that, but… if that’s the case no worries, we got you covered! If your package gets lost in transit (by any chance) just contact us via email (info@derekmunoz.com) and we will place a new order for you after you file a claim with the carrier.
